Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Sales@ShopSusieStudio.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for any damage due to user error. Please follow wash and care instructions.

The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received them, without any traces of perfumes or other applied scents, and in the original packaging.

Once the item is received and approved, the exchange or credit will be processed.
