Instructions:
Warm your heat press to 280 F (each press is different)

Pre-Press the garment to remove ALL moisture

If you  received glitter, you will press this part first for 20 seconds. 
Puff Medium pressure for 8 seconds. hot peel 
Metallic puff requires a second press after peeling for another 8 seconds
